Requirements
- College degree preferred, high school diploma required.
- Ability to handle and complete multiple, concurrent tasks with multiple user interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Assertive, flexible, pro-active, phenomenal teammate with a proven sense of ownership.
- Manage ambiguity in business needs and requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
Responsibilities
- Developing requirements and specifications that support the projects assigned to: business requirements, functional requirements, system requirements, and report specifications.
- Develops test scenarios and test cases for use in system and integration testing.
- Guides to partners on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the desired business outcomes.
- Guides in the modelling/mapping of business processes; conducts as-is/to-be business processes, is instrumental in the business process re-engineering (BPR) and involved in the organizational change exercise.
- Writes and presents cases.
- Retest and document existing tasks/defects.
- Occasionally required to work evening and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance experience a plus
- Understanding of databases, tables, and fields in order to pull SQL queries helpful
