Requirements
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in food service, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with servers to build a wholesome guest experience
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposal of trash
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
