Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or another business-related field
- One or more (1+) years of experience in data entry, purchasing, inventory management, or related position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Persistent attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Facilitate day-to-day indirect purchasing at Axon
- Act as the lead point of contact for issue resolution during US hours of operations
- Work cross functionally with procurement, finance, accounts payable, and additional teams to expedite needs relating to indirect purchases
- Purchase order hygiene
- Partner with accounts payable and internal colleagues to resolve invoicing issues on a weekly basis
- Internal colleague training on procure to pay process
- UAT/IT testing in Axon’s procure to pay system
- Additional projects on an as needed basis
