Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, buying and optimization of programmatic media across a portfolio of clients.
  • Socialize and document optimizations and learnings
  • Implement and build on best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reporting
  • Create case studies to support best practices
  • Educate internally and externally on DSP functionality, results and optimizations
  • Support development of POVs to inform clients and agency personnel about changes in RTB and programmatic marketplace technology
  • Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results data

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hands-on programmatic buying experience
  • Proven ability to develop/implement/improve business processes
  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments
  • Advanced user of at least two DSPs
  • Eagerness to work on the disruptive side of business, with new DSP technologies
  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimization, as well as scientific testing in live media environments
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior employees is preferred
