Requirements
- Masters Degree in STEM field and 12+ years experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project
- Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
- Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
- Ability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required
Responsibilities
- Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and product development for C2BMC in coordination with other MDS Elements
- Participate in external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and other MDS Elements
- Provide technical duties for developing, integrating, engineering, testing, training, cyber security, and event readiness for C2BMC ground testing
- Provide project management and technical/engineering support of C2BMC products in an Agile Development environment
- Participate in/run Agile development meetings
- Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience is a plus
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
