Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University. Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
- Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have own laptop to bring to the office
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Understanding and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator encouraged but not required
- Preferred interest in music industry, fashion, retail, current trends
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Merchandise team in all aspects of creating, producing, shipping, and selling a music festival merchandise collection
- Primarily focused on logistics and operations
- Opportunities to explore all functions of the team including creative management, retail planning & buying, ecommerce, and brand partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
