Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings including GD&T
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Experience with PLM software (Arena preferred)
- GD&T certification based ASME Y14.5
- SolidWorks certifications
Responsibilities
- Own mechanical team infrastructure for CAD (Solidworks) and PLM (Arena)
- Create CAD and drawings, such as mechanical library parts or wire harnesses
- Manage releases of design files (CAD and BOM) to the supply chain and manufacturing teams
- Create and maintain CAD library, standards, templates, and automations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SolidWorks and Arena
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to customize PLM (Arena) for Kodiak
- Manage CAD file imports and exports with external partners
