Real Estate & Workplaces Services is at the forefront of an employee’s experience at our sites around the globe. The AMR & LAR Cafes, Transportation and Workplace Services program owner is tasked with creating exceptional employee experiences at our Americas and Latin America sites. This role requires directly partnering with and managing external vendors, establishing program KPIs for budget and quality tracking as well as creating and driving strategic roadmaps to evolve Intel’s cafés, transportation and site services to keep pace with market trends.

Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Directly managing café, transportation and workplace services vendors, creating budgets, managing POs and forecasting spends.
  • Strategically manage the café, transportation and workplace services supplier’s required deliverables as outlined in the food service and fitness contract for the site. Deliverables include required Café, transportation and workplace services contracting, marketing, technology, sustainability objectives, finance, culinary programs, sanitation and safety. 
  • Developing program KPIs designed to track quality, cost and progress towards program goals.
  • Establishing strategic roadmaps, partnering with global program leads to ensure regional operations are aligned.
  • Sponsor the vendor suppliers in CWOS, provide support when needed 
  • Partner with procurement organization to manage to KPI’s and supplier scorecard metrics on a quarterly basis. 
  • Support suppliers to clear any potential roadblocks to successfully meet organizational expectations and contract requirements. 

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel’s immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree
  • 8+ years experience of 2 or more of the following:
    • vendor management
    • hospitality service management
    • budget creation, tracking, and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of managing a multi-million dollar budget, and strong understanding of corporate financial systems, contracting strategies and governance
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with program management
  • Experience with: Process re-engineering to eliminate waste and boost efficiencies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$138,940.00-$196,150.00

Salaryrangedependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
