Requirements
- 6 months’ experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plans the bakery productions; ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs
- Ensures adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Drives the performance of the bakery area; ensuring quality and date control standards
- Interacts with associates to understand roadblocks and assists in training
