Requirements

• 6 months’ experience in fresh production area
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
• Plans the bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs
• Ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
• Drives the performance of the bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards
• Identifies member needs assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues and concerns
• Models high quality service and products interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assisting in training developing influencing and inspiring them
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources
• Creates a workplace where associates feel seen supported and connected through a culture of belonging
• Builds strong and trusting relationships communicates with impact energy and positivity to motivate and influence
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance
• Delivers results while putting the customer first
• Drives continuous improvements is open to and uses new technologies and skills
