Requirements
- 6 months’ experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans the bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs
- Ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Drives the performance of the bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards
- Interacting with associates to understand the roadblocks and assisting in training developing influencing and inspiring them
