Requirements

• 6 months’ experience in fresh production area
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if selected

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
• Plans the bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs
• Ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
• Drives the performance of the bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards
• Interacting with associates to understand the roadblocks and assisting in training developing influencing and inspiring them
