Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional oral/written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the Liberty campus, policies, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective communication both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to intuitively reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Proof of a valid Virginia driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead TourLU & Graduate TourLU guests’ experience within the Hancock Welcome Center
  • Ensure that full time and student team members prepare and keep Visitors Center spaces ready to host guests
  • Schedule, lead and participate in Special Guest Tours
  • Assist with recruitment and special campus events
  • Handle other duties as assigned
