Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional oral/written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the Liberty campus, policies, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Ability to intuitively reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Proof of a valid Virginia driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead TourLU & Graduate TourLU guests’ experience within the Hancock Welcome Center
- Ensure that full time and student team members prepare and keep Visitors Center spaces ready to host guests
- Schedule, lead and participate in Special Guest Tours
- Assist with recruitment and special campus events
- Handle other duties as assigned
