Responsibilities
- Build strong business and operations relationships with Marketplace sellers.
- Manage seller performance against key Marketplace KPIs
- Work with sellers to identify and resolve any issues and provide solutions to ensure we offer a positive customer experience
- Act as an escalation point for all customer inquiries/requests and work with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience on Walmart.ca
- Represent Marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in eCommerce projects. Plan, communicate, and drive adoption of any effort required by sellers.
- Design and develop future Marketplace operations processes & reporting.
- Liaise with store teams to address and resolve opportunities related to Marketplace site-to-store shipments
- Manage the seller dispute and reimbursement process
