Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improved service or productivity and solve for systemic issues causing business risk in stores through research, data analysis, associate feedback, and time in stores. Develop and implement solutions aligned to overall vision and operations strategy.
- Define business requirements and design proof of concept, pilot and rollout plans for process and/or technology implementations. Investigate and test new and innovative technology solutions to address gaps where applicable
- Develop project plans and communicate status of assigned projects
- Define and/or improve transactability & post purchase metrics and service levels to measure productivity and customer satisfaction relevant to process and/or technology changes
- Provide guidance and support to merchants and stores. Work with Field Management and store operations when required in order to meet project schedules successfully.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management (communication & training) strategies to support the introduction, adoption and sustainment of process and/or technology change.
- Develop and own applicable associate routines and standard operating procedures. Provide content for all training materials and help facilitate training where required
- Build relationships with and collaborate with international counterparts to share and gather ideas.
