Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to develop concepts in an actionable strategy and plan
- Proficient computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI
- Proficient with MRP experience required
- Able to multi-task and display a high level of company/team spirit in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be able to travel to sites as needed (up to 25% travel)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, consensus and presentation of the supply plan through the monthly SIOP process
- Leads the supply planning meeting as part of the monthly SIOP process
- Responsible for communicating the supply plan to all functional areas: Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Procurement and Sourcing teams
- Develops and monitors Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) as part of the supply plan execution
- Defines and monitors MPS Plan for execution in the ERP system
- Support the design, implementation and enhancement of the Company’s planning system solution as part of the supply chain digital strategy
- Becomes a subject matter expert Supply Planner in the Company’s supply chain planning system
- Designs and implements Resource Requirements Planning (RRP) & Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) tools and processes to support the business plan
- Identify and propose opportunities for capacity improvements, network capacity balancing, asset utilization, and capital expenditures based on capacity modeling and scenario planning
- Develop and maintain analytical tools to improve the quality of the capacity solution designs and/or increase the productivity of the team
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance of the supply plan to the business plan, demand plan, capacity plan, OEE, plant utilization, among others
- Support the process to evaluate and determine ideal manufacturing and capacity utilization through a Total Landed Cost (TLC) methodology, while supporting customer service requirements
- Utilizes change management methodologies to drive organizational change
Preferred Qualifications
- ASCM/APICS certification is preferred
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP/JDE/Microsoft Dynamics AX), with SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response planning system is preferred (or other software such as, Arkieva, John Galt, Logility)
