Requirements

  • Experience in catering and hospitality preferred
  • Ability to lift 20kg with ease
  • Ability to work on your feet for 6+ hours (majority of shift)
  • Ability to take direction, multitask and work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Willingness to take on any task
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt while maintaining O&B standards
  • High critical thinker with strong verbal communication skills
  • Valid G Drivers License an asset
  • Criminal check required

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the Operations, Logistics and Culinary teams regarding delivery details, methods of packaging and timing inferences
  • Receive, mark off and package orders and in a safe and timely manner
  • Confidently navigate and understand BEO’s and production sheets
  • Assist with the general day-to-day tasks as needed including cleaning, organising and ordering
  • Assist in the expedition and delivery of orders within the building
  • Understand food allergens and have a critical eye for signage/labels being sent out with deliveries
  • Track incoming and outgoing internal small wares used for drop catering orders
  • Follow Health & Safety regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned or required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid G Drivers License an asset
