Requirements
- Extensive experience supporting targeting, especially for law enforcement support.
- Direct experience supporting CBP, with experience at National Targeting Center strong preferred.
- Deep familiarity with CBP NTC tools and systems including ACE, AES, ATS/ATS-G, ESTA, SEACATS, and/or UPAX.
- Experience in passenger, cargo, and network analysis.
- Experience supervising more junior analysts, including review of draft intelligence products.
- Experience developing analytical reports, briefs, and studies.
- Experience with analytical tools including I2 and Palantir.
- Active or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in intelligence working issues directly applicable to the NTC mission set and/or in targeting roles specifically.
- Experience supporting targeting analysis for a U.S. Government entity.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Active TS/SCI.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
