Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential
- Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain
- Strong team leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead food service operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Plan menus and coordinate therapeutic diets
- Collaborate with clinical and dietary teams
- Maintain inventory and kitchen budget
