Requirements
- High school education or general education degree (GED)
- No prior experience required
- Two (2) years or more retail grocery experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greets all customers and provides them with prompt, courteous service
- Works cooperatively and maintains communication with applicable departments
- Maintains integrity of the CGO system throughout the entire store
- Understands and utilizes all required applications and current technology
- Ensures all reports and records are accurate and complete
- Creates daily pick list for all departments
- Performs daily Out of Stock counts and investigates reasons for out-of-stock conditions
- Investigates overstock items from previous deliveries
- Creates secondary display settings within CGO as directed by Store Manager
- Identifies planogram integrity issues and resolves them
- Assists with signage of out-of-stock merchandise
- Maintains ‘Blue Chip’ program of secondary product locations
- Reviews salvage and transfer processes for accurate balance on hand
- Works with the Regional CGO analyst to resolve out-of-stock issues
- Responsible for general sanitation in the department
- Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies and regulations
- Responsible for utilization of all company provided Personal Protected Equipment (PPE)
- Performs other staff duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years or more retail grocery experience preferred
