Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program in Business, Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Must be an undergraduate junior or senior or post-graduate degree candidate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans.
- Support the creation of communication materials for stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess the impact of changes on different groups.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees regarding change initiatives.
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights on change management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on change initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with training and development concepts.
