Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program in Business, Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Must be an undergraduate junior or senior or post-graduate degree candidate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans.
  • Support the creation of communication materials for stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess the impact of changes on different groups.
  • Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from employees regarding change initiatives.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide insights on change management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
