Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 0-5 years of experience; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong persuasive writing, verbal communication, and listening skills
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, research engagement, and content synthesis
- Ability to translate findings into client-specific strategies that address business goals
- Ability to facilitate work sessions with a variety of audiences
- High degree of flexibility and desire to work on a variety of projects at once
Responsibilities
- Focus on the ‘people’ side of change, including changes to the workplace, evolution towards team-based work practices and shifts in culture
- Develop and implement change management strategies that raise awareness through communications and create both ownership and capability that last beyond the program
- As necessary, collaborate and partner with clients’ internal HR, Real Estate, Facilities and Corporate Communications
- Create appropriate tools – communications, events, engagements, etc. – to address client needs and respecting resource availability
- Directly contribute to the development and delivery of strategic projects
- Help strengthen and grow existing client relationships
- Interface with Gensler design teams to ensure the connections between the design process and change program are integrated
Preferred Qualifications
- Organizational development and/or change management background preferred
- Design strategy experience or experience in a design-related field preferred
- Proficiency in the following programs is preferred (PowerPoint, Miro, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Suite)
