Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with loan brokers and other intermediaries to expand the reach of the Live Oak Express program.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance loan origination channels and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling Live Oak Express loans to existing clients across various verticals.
  • Educate current borrowers on the benefits and features of the Live Oak Express loan offerings to meet their evolving financial needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market shifts and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications
