University degree preferred
5-7 of relevant experience in project management
PMP certification preferred
Travel and meetings at the office (50% of the time)
Experience in community pharmacy is an asset
Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 and CoPilot suite of applications
Exercises judgment within defined policies and practices

Define scope, objectives and timelines for major projects
Plan and lead actions, meetings and ensure that projects are on schedule
Monitor projects from inception to completion, interacting with parties on all matters
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and progress reports
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects and act as a project manager between members, line management, and internal and external resources
Assess issues and develop solutions to achieve project objectives and timelines
Lead project meetings and be responsible for project deliverables
Manage the integration of contributing groups, track and review deliverables
Ability to work autonomously
Has a great deal of latitude in determining the objectives of an assignment
Anticipates changes and focuses or refocuses efforts.
Acts as a project management expert for the team
Represent the company as a primary contact person for clients and often performs a project leadership role
Interacts with management and senior management staff
Recommend/take action to direct actions and resources to achieve results
Carry out activities in several major projects at the same time
