Requirements
- Strong background in IT management, software development, project management, business analysis, and change management
- Experience with cloud computing
- Expertise in common programming languages (.NET, SQL, Java, HTML/CSS, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of system architecture and cyber security
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP Certification)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet or exceed user expectations and business goals
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technological strategy, development, and execution for the Health Practice Area
- Lead the Practice Area’s tech vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage the IT budget and resources
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among IT staff and business team leaders
- Evaluate and adopt new technology tools and platforms
- Oversee the development and delivery of technology products and services
- Drive technological vision and innovation while evaluating emerging technologies
- Build a team of IT staff to meet current and future needs
- Design effective key performance metrics for staff
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable software and systems architecture
- Develop a strategic IT vision and communicate it effectively within the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Specific experience with businesses and technologies that support public sector clients
- Experience supporting a geographically disbursed organization
- Previous experience establishing and directing a customer-focused service delivery system
- Experience in a rapidly growing, multi-state service organization with a wide range of user needs
