- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic projects and initiatives.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from conception to execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, preparing strategic briefings, board materials, and decision-making insights and frameworks.
- Serve as a central point for CEO and ELT level communication, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging for the leadership team.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and key customers.
- Perform research, analysis, and reporting to inform executive decision-making.
- Support the organization in navigating high-risk situations and business transitions with speed, discretion, and diplomacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in technology or SaaS industries preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree in business administration, public policy, or related fields preferred.
