Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or leadership roles, preferably within telecom or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of the mobility/telecommunications industry, including trends and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive execution
  • Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Mobility to develop and implement business strategies
  • Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify and address key business challenges, providing data-driven recommendations
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the VP of Mobility on critical business decisions
  • Assist in prioritizing and managing key mobility initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Oversee and coordinate high-priority projects within the mobility division
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments
  • Monitor key performance metrics and report progress to leadership
  • Streamline workflows, processes, and internal operations to enhance productivity
  • Implement best practices for reporting, tracking, and accountability
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between the VP of Mobility and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across teams and leadership
  • Facilitate executive meetings, prepare briefings, and track follow-ups
