Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or leadership roles, preferably within telecom or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of the mobility/telecommunications industry, including trends and competitive landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive execution
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Mobility to develop and implement business strategies
- Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Identify and address key business challenges, providing data-driven recommendations
- Serve as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the VP of Mobility on critical business decisions
- Assist in prioritizing and managing key mobility initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support executive decision-making
- Oversee and coordinate high-priority projects within the mobility division
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments
- Monitor key performance metrics and report progress to leadership
- Streamline workflows, processes, and internal operations to enhance productivity
- Implement best practices for reporting, tracking, and accountability
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a liaison between the VP of Mobility and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure clear and effective communication across teams and leadership
- Facilitate executive meetings, prepare briefings, and track follow-ups
