Chief of Staff – Mobility

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or leadership roles, preferably within telecom or technology sectors
Strong understanding of the mobility/telecommunications industry, including trends and competitive landscape
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive execution
Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking

Partner with the VP of Mobility to develop and implement business strategies
Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
Identify and address key business challenges, providing data-driven recommendations
Serve as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the VP of Mobility on critical business decisions
Assist in prioritizing and managing key mobility initiatives
Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support executive decision-making
Oversee and coordinate high-priority projects within the mobility division
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments
Monitor key performance metrics and report progress to leadership
Streamline workflows, processes, and internal operations to enhance productivity
Implement best practices for reporting, tracking, and accountability
Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a liaison between the VP of Mobility and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure clear and effective communication across teams and leadership
Facilitate executive meetings, prepare briefings, and track follow-ups
