Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience at top tier consulting, investment banking or related fields.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving paired with world class modeling skills. You have extremely high proficiency with excel and ideally have the ability to independently build and optimize complex financial and business models.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. You have experience working directly with senior executives and understand how to facilitate comms and projects to enable rapid, effective decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead market research to shape strategic recommendations on de novo Product and business opportunities. You will work directly with executive leaders to steer Maven toward long range future opportunities for Product and Market expansion.
- Partner with Product and Operations to rapidly deliver on consumer partnerships that enable Maven to extend its reach and leverage its brand. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver incremental enrollments through consumer channels.
- Work directly with the COO/CPO and staff to drive operational excellence and accountability across the Product and Operations teams.
- Be an extension of your executive and provide leverage in cross-functional work streams that intersect with the Growth, Clinical, and Finance teams. You will project manage and drive key workstreams that cross organizational boundaries at Maven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager; this role could lead into a long-term position on the Product team at Maven.
