Requirements

  • 6+ years of Corporate & Investment Banking Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with the Head of Corporate Banking and the Head of Capital and Portfolio Management; act as trusted advisor on all issues related to junior talent
  • Identify current best practices, redundancies, and training gaps across Corporate Banking and develop action plans accordingly
  • While this position will not have direct reports, the CBK Development Officer will serve as an important resource for all CBK juniors by providing guidance and mentorship
  • Responsible for developing and executing learning and development strategy and training curriculum for early talent within Corporate Banking (in consultation with internal and external partners)
  • Prioritize training objectives and build comprehensive framework, training curriculum, and calendar for Analysts and Associates to cover technical, soft skills and product training in alignment with career progression milestones and business expectations
  • Reconstitute Learning & Development committees and sub-committees; be an active member of each sub-committee
  • Work with University Programs team to optimize recruitment model; act as an advisor to all recruiting efforts
  • Conduct needs analysis in consultation with managers, Corporate Banking teams and leadership
  • Manage implementation, delivery & maintenance of training curriculum
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of Corporate Banking-wide trainings
  • Maintain library of training materials and best practices to be shared across Corporate Banking
  • Play an active role in driving a common and consistent approach across the Corporate Banking for early talent management, including early talent acquisition, development, and engagement
  • Support WF DE&I initiatives through learning opportunities for early talent
  • Develop, track, and report on performance metrics; partner with managers on performance management, compensation, and calibration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multiple HR disciplines to include: staffing and recruiting, learning and development, talent management, performance management, and team member engagement and retention
  • Experience supporting talent recruitment & sourcing programs and initiatives such as early career talent development and University & Campus recruitment
  • Learning development, design, and delivery experience
  • Experience staying current with recruiting industry trends, developments, and technologies
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
