Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure Required
Responsibilities
- Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development
- Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
- Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules
- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance our company’s profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies
- Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with relevant work experience in Washington are preferred
- AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred
