Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) years legal and/or claims adjuster experience
- Good knowledge of customer service and one of the following: workers compensation, liability claims management, or insurance litigation
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Ability to understand and discuss client needs and manage client expectations
- Technical skills for gaining in-depth product knowledge, including self-directed learning
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle conflict and confront challenging issues in a fast work environment

Responsibilities
- Performs contract renewal for assigned accounts
- Coordinates renewal pricing; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports
- Educates the client on best practices for bill review audit and program setup. Acts as product expert for client and coordinates activities with Expert Bill Review team
- Coordinates project activity. Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction
- Identifies issues that impact customer satisfaction
- Identifies and solicits cross selling and expansion opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Supports the organization’s quality program(s)
- Travel as required
