Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) years legal and/or claims adjuster experience
  • Good knowledge of customer service and one of the following: workers compensation, liability claims management, or insurance litigation
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and discuss client needs and manage client expectations
  • Technical skills for gaining in-depth product knowledge, including self-directed learning
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Performs contract renewal for assigned accounts
  • Coordinates renewal pricing; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports
  • Educates the client on best practices for bill review audit and program setup. Acts as product expert for client and coordinates activities with Expert Bill Review team
  • Coordinates project activity. Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction
  • Identifies issues that impact customer satisfaction
  • Identifies and solicits cross selling and expansion opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Supports the organization’s quality program(s)
  • Travel as required
