Requirements
- Degree educated.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable conducting business analysis and working with clients to understand their requirements.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Ability to listen, learn quickly, and demonstrate initiative.
- Capable of preparing presentations and presenting to clients and internal audiences.

Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Schedule regular meetings (monthly or quarterly) with a clear agenda, including roadmap updates, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Provide transparency to internal stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Commercial teams regarding client feedback, issues, renewal risks, and opportunities.
- Follow up on actions from client engagement meetings and close the feedback loop.
- Understand client workflows and product usage.
- Increase product adoption and usage among clients.
- Collaborate with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.
- Act as a point of escalation for Support, Product, or Project workstreams.
- Maintain knowledge of contract details, pricing, and terms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak another language (preferred but not essential).
