Client Relations Specialist

A high school diploma or higher
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in customer service, management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex and time-sensitive challenges and propose effective solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
Strong collaboration and project management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively independently as well as with multiple staff members and meet project deadlines

Effectively develop and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets for multiple complex assignments simultaneously
Guide, oversee, and coach transit monitors, providing constructive feedback on project participation and overall career development
Serve as the primary contact for the client on new assignments
Work products are expected to be high-quality and client ready
Assist with the scope, schedule, and budget tracking for the project, including providing invoicing support to accounting
Determine the necessary equipment, materials and resources needed for project assignments
Work closely with key stakeholders to keep them up to date with the project progress and important developments
Interview and hire the necessary project workforce and complete the onboarding paperwork per client needs
Prepare progress reports (weekly and monthly reporting), identifying issues, risks and managing changes
Ensure team compliance with standards and quality control procedures
Serve as a contact for the Baltimore office and ensure the site is stocked and equipped (including supplies ordering, incoming and outgoing mail, etc.)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, urban designers, and community stakeholders, to integrate complete streets concepts into transportation infrastructure projects
