Requirements
- 4-6 year of experience in a client facing role at a financial services firm
- Strong knowledge of equity investments
- Experience working with financial advisors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication and presentations skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A demonstrated passion for sustainability issues
- A demonstrated ability to meet revenue or other client goals
- A demonstrated ability to take ownership of your work while effectively collaborating
Responsibilities
- Work both independently as well as collaboratively with other Growth team members to cultivate strong client relationships and build trust with RIAs
- Deeply understand clients needs and successfully communicate Ethics value proposition and products
- Align stakeholders, both internally and externally, on the right Ethic solution for the client
- Oversee the execution of ongoing account service requests in a timely fashion, ensuring advisors have a great experience
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the client experience through partnering closely with our product and investments teams
- Cultivate strong client-centric relationships in order to accelerate the transition to sustainable investing
