Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • At least two years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or similar client-focused industry
  • Strong ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accountability and reliability
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service by handling incoming calls, emails, and requests in a professional, timely, and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Work closely with Client Relationship Managers to provide seamless operational and administrative support, ensuring the efficient management of client accounts.
  • Assist in preparing client reviews, reports, and other key deliverables to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal/external partners, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all client-related tasks.
  • Uphold and articulate the Kent Group’s investment philosophy.
