Solicits, provides spot quotes, manages tenders, arranges, schedules and provides execution for Travero client shipments, to ensure on time pickup and delivery needs are met. Proactively communicating with Travero clients and your teammates.
Works with the Manager Client Services and Travero Logistics teammates to identify solutions to meet clients’ service and pricing expectations.
Ensures that each client shipment that is offered to Travero is entered into the Transportation Management System, and respond to each opportunity within the clients’ expectations.
Utilizes the Transportation Management System, Travero Logistics data and industry resources, during the shipment quoting process.
Meets Key Performance Indicators, including daily load volume, revenue, margin, tender acceptance performance, quote conversion and on-time service.
Provides timely updating of shipment information within the Transportation Management System while maintaining data integrity. Communicates information in a timely and accurate manner to both internal and external points of contact.
