Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership/management experience
- 2 – 5 years of implementation experience
- 2 – 5 years of commercial card experience
- Knowledge of payment card processing/TSYS and Visa Spend Clarity
- Knowledge of transmissions, SMS, and ERP Systems
Responsibilities
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Manages projects and programs ranging in medium to high complexity.
- Recommends improvements and connects strategy to business outcomes to drive desired client experience.
- Provides reporting to leadership.
- Participates in establishing and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Serves as a partner & liaison to Sales Product, Operations, and Account Management and manages and maintains relationships with internal/external service partners.
