Requirements
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- Google Suite knowledge is a plus.
- Works well in a team oriented, high energy environment with minimal supervision.
- Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through the proper escalation channels.
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the main client facing point of contact for post-sale campaigns to ensure smooth execution and delivery and identify upsell opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for clients throughout their campaign experience.
- Effectively communicate with all departmental stakeholders involved in partnerships, ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Collaborate closely with Ad Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns and gather weekly reporting and delivery analysis for clients.
- Keep the Sales team updated on all key issues, providing relevant data throughout the post-sale process.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and work with cross-functional teams to ensure Billing and Legal compliance.
- Identify production bugs/issues, troubleshoot to identify source and update teams of status/resolution.
- Develop expertise in Moonbug’s channels and audiences, becoming an internal resource on these aspects.
- Collect customer feedback to improve process and planning.
- Gather, analyze and interpret campaign data results and present findings to clients effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Suite knowledge is a plus.
