Requirements

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
  • Google Suite knowledge is a plus.
  • Works well in a team oriented, high energy environment with minimal supervision.
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through the proper escalation channels.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the main client facing point of contact for post-sale campaigns to ensure smooth execution and delivery and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for clients throughout their campaign experience.
  • Effectively communicate with all departmental stakeholders involved in partnerships, ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate closely with Ad Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns and gather weekly reporting and delivery analysis for clients.
  • Keep the Sales team updated on all key issues, providing relevant data throughout the post-sale process.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation and work with cross-functional teams to ensure Billing and Legal compliance.
  • Identify production bugs/issues, troubleshoot to identify source and update teams of status/resolution.
  • Develop expertise in Moonbug’s channels and audiences, becoming an internal resource on these aspects.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve process and planning.
  • Gather, analyze and interpret campaign data results and present findings to clients effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Suite knowledge is a plus.
