Requirements
- 1-5 years of digital media experience
- Fluent in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—experience with Google Docs is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent writer and handle client communication with grace and ease
- Curious, ask questions, and have a knack for understanding how ad technology works
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients as the face of the company
- Develop effective campaign strategies to maximize performance & client satisfaction
- Understand the tools and systems that Jun Group uses to manage campaigns
- Work closely with the Production team and the Digital Campaign Managers across all aspects of campaign management, including creative development, targeting, optimizations, tagging, pacing, and performance
- Be the liaison between the data team, sales team, and our clients for all current and past campaigns
- Be the go-to resource for historical campaign performance and client preferences
- Analyze campaign data and communicate pacing and performance updates in a digestible and strategic manner
