Requirements
- Graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in computer science or a related field
- Experience using SQL
- Experience using Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field is required
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges
- Use Databricks, SQL, and Excel to collect and analyze data
- Work closely with senior analysts, healthcare professionals, and other team members to understand analysis requirements and provide data-driven insights
- Verify data integrity and accuracy of outputs independently and by maintaining best practices such as code review
- Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, processes, and findings to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare analytics and data science
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to ML/AI preferred
- PowerBI is a plus
