Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field and five years of CE Clinical Engineering/Medical Device leadership OR Bachelor’s Degree and seven years of experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement practices, policies and procedures in functional areas of the department.
- Perform staffing and capacity planning for the department.
- Ensure accountability for the development, monitoring of and compliance with departmental budgets, including capital and operating.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements relative to departmental operations and ensure departmental compliance.
- Ensure delivery and success of projects and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Clinical Engineer (CCE) for Biomedical Engineering Technologist (BMET)
