Requirements
- At least two years of Pediatric Critical Care experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification
- PALS Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
Responsibilities
- Lead a Magnet designated nursing team
- Collaborate with the transformational leaders of the Pediatric service line
- Work closely with the Patient Care Directors and fellow Clinical Managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous management experience
- Master’s in Nursing or related field (if Master’s in Nursing, BSN can be preferred)
- American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification
