Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience providing account management support of day-to-day operations to meet customer SLAs
  • 3+ years of experience providing Tier 1-2 Customer Support
  • 3+ years of experience performing analysis on cloud-scale datasets to provide service engineers with insights needed to perform effective vulnerability remediation and proper configuration
  • Must have a valid U.S. passport

Responsibilities

  • Account management of day-to-day operations for onboarding new users, internal user base and user account life cycle
  • Adding and removing users and granting permissions
  • Engaging with appropriate stakeholders to identify and support focus areas to meet customer SLAs
  • Account Provisioning/User Licensing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
