Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or related; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management
- 5 years’ progressive experience in CMMS database management, including workflow processing, configuration management, report creation, and user training
- Knowledge of database management hardware and software
- General knowledge of work order systems
- Ability to perform detailed data analysis and make recommendations
Responsibilities
- Managing and troubleshooting the CMMS, identifying upgrade opportunities
- Ensuring Planned Preventative and reactive Maintenance is carried out by reviewing PPM/IWMS systems
- Designing and creating reports and analysis graphs for operational meetings
- Coordinating with FAM staff to support maintenance functions and conduct quality assurance checks
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of CMMS software changes and applications
- Adhering to company and client policies and procedures
- Coordinating issues with various departments as necessary
- Creating and maintaining tracking sheets/logs for site assets and PPM schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced skills in CMMS optimization and integration
- Experience with facilities management in diverse industries
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and advanced reporting tools
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices and industry standards
