Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Mastercam and CAM programming.
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Operation with machining or programming experience.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and understanding of GD&T.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining operations, including machine setup, tooling, and changeout programming.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and blueprint reading.
- Must know how to calculate speeds and feeds for CNC machining.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Mastercam software to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to engineering drawings.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
