Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or comparable expertise.
- Proficiency with Account, Customer, Dealer Management, or Project Management
- Comfortable with network troubleshooting equipment.
- Working knowledge with other technology, Remote Control, or automation on construction machines or automotive industries.
- Knowledge in the construction machine industry.
Responsibilities
- Work with the customers and dealers during the Command solution deployment process.
- Work with supporting Integrated Component and Solutions (ICS) team members to aid site problem solving which may consist of hardware, software, or network troubleshooting.
- Work directly with Caterpillar customers and dealer network, interface with cutting edge construction technology, global team collaboration, and exposure to all of Caterpillar’s machine product groups.
