Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience working in the infrastructure/data software/AI space
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a sales role, ideally at least 1 year closing net new logos
- A consistent track record of success
- Located in NYC or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads through the Product-Led-Growth and Marketing-Qualified-Lead channels
- Lead all sales-related activities through the stages of the buying journey while following Pinecone’s defined sales process (responsible for closing deals)
- Selling and winning against competitors
- Ensure the customer is deployed successfully and positioned for expansion
- Maintain the success of customers actively using Pinecone within your assigned account base
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Deep understanding of technology systems and the AI ecosystem
- Product Led Growth and/or Go To Market experience
- An understanding of MEDDPICC
