Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B SaaS or consumption based tech sales experience
- Demonstrable consistent track record of above target performance

Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact and the face of Checkr for our Commercial champions and economic buyers within your book of business
- Full ownership of your book of business, capturing buying criteria, buying process, next steps, key stakeholders, while projecting bookings consistently and accurately
- Contribute to team root cause analyses on wins/losses: Expected to communicate lessons learned to peers and cross functional teams proactively
- Strategically alignment with BDR to execute end to end outbound selling motion
- Adhere to and help improve Commercial sales process
- Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process
- Be the voice of the customer, contributing product and process improvements
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
