Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment and adapt easily.
- Commitment to quality processes and outcomes.
- Proficient in SalesForce, JIRA, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook and Teams); advanced Excel skills and experience in dashboarding (PowerBI, SalesForce) preferred.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, sales, proposal/contract managers, solutions consultants, legal, finance, and other team members, to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the development and presentation of transformation metrics to support growth, revenue recognition, discount analysis and scalability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the TCO and the overall effectiveness of the transformation.
- Develop and improve business processes, enablement plans, tools, collateral, and training materials.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements while adhering to internal controls and policies.
- Other duties as assigned related to business transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electric utility industry and/or automation/SCADA project experience desired.
