Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and generate reports.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to balance customer needs and company goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and industry events.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions using Groq’s LPU™ Inference Engine.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and technical decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and messaging.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure seamless handoffs.
